Okay, so I've been thinking and I've decided to update my rules. Don't worry, this is a good thing.
Stock Terms of Use:
I have lifted all restrictions on my stock, feel free to use for commercial and non commercial projects both on DA or outside of it.
If you can give credit and a link back to this account so others can find and use my stock then great. This isn't mandatory though.
It would be nice if you could let me know when you have used my stock. A message on the stock used, my main page (or a note) with a link to your work means I can check out your artwork and add it to my faves, or maybe pmake a purchase 
Please don't use my stock in images that are likely to cause offence.
If you want to use my stock in premade background stock then feel free (as long as it is a manipulated background and not a simple colour change or something). As premades are also resources/stock I would appreciate a link back/acknowledgement for the stock used so others can find my stock. There are no restrictions selling your premade so long as it is significantly altered from the original stock.
*PLEASE NOTE: These terms only apply to artwork created from my stock and do not mean you can use my stock as is (or with minor alterations) or redistribute them as your own stock*
